Binal was a great sales and customer service rep - really responsive and patient to help us find the couch we wanted for the best deal in our price range. Delivery was also solid - it makes a difference that they are Chesterfield employees and not outsourced so the delivery guys helped us break down a chesterfield couch we had to move out later that day as well as were extremely organized and friendly moving our new couch in. I would highly recommend buying a couch from Chesterfield.

We had a couch made and it was finished earlier than expected. Delivery was communicated efficiently and they had our couch moved in without any issues. Wonderful process on every front!
