I want to update a negative review I submitted a few days ago. My faith in the corporate integrity of The Chesterfield Shop has been restored by a senior administrator who reached out to me. I wish my language had been less harsh. The issue I had with the "Fabric Protection Plan" has been resolved in a manner that restores professionalism, transparency and accountability.
