Buyer beware! Summary: The couch I purchased does not match the quality of the product sold in the show room. The structure of the couch is protruding through the fabric on the sides and the stitching is poor. This is after the couch was supposedly fixed and the service director wrote it was “perfect... they see no issues... is non refundable”. This company does not stand behind their product. Bought a couch and chair set in July 2024 I received it September 2024, 3 months later the fabric started to puddle so they agreed to re-stuff the cushions. 2 weeks later when I recieved the cushions they had finger like streaks in the fabric on almost all the cushions. I contacted customer service who recommended a fabric specialist to come to my home to access the situation. The specialist had no answer to why these streaks were. I want to update a negative review I submitted a few days ago. My faith in the corporate integrity of The Chesterfield Shop has been restored by a senior administrator who reached out to me. I wish my language had been less harsh. The issue I had with the "Fabric Protection Plan" has been resolved in a manner that restores professionalism, transparency and accountability. I purchased a Lazyboy recliner that was over $1,200 and not 5yrs later I'm throwing this poorly made piece of junk out. Walked into this location and was greeted by Sandra who knew exactly what I needed. I purchased a Paliser power recliner that will be delivered in 4 days. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too and, I highly recommend any to visit this location. Thankyou Sandra, for listening to this crusty ol' boy who's set in his ways.
