Bought a couch and chair set in July 2024 I received it September 2024, 3 months later the fabric started to puddle so they agreed to re-stuff the cushions. 2 weeks later when I recieved the cushions they had finger like streaks in the fabric on almost all the cushions. I contacted customer service who recommended a fabric specialist to come to my home to access the situation. The specialist had no answer to why these streaks were.
