Our old leather sofa was originally purchased at Chesterfield store many years ago. We visited the local store on Yonge street to check out new sofas with no real plans to get the new one. So, we met Vanessa who showed us some models and provided useful information about the displayed sofas, colours and leather quality options. My partner and I recently bought a small-space accent chair and were impressed by the wide selection at The Chesterfield Shop. What really stood out, though, was Karen’s service—she was responsive and attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about both the products and design elements. Far and above the best customer service experience we’ve had while shopping for chairs!
Update: The VP reached out and rectified our situation, the couch is great quality and overall I would still recommend this brand as they care about their customers and have a long history of excellent reviews. They are trying their best so we hope this is just a one-off situation. Do not buy a couch here unless you’re prepared to wait 11+ weeks for delivery. We had an amazing experience at The Chesterfield Shop on Yonge. We were shopping for a sofa for our first home, and Vanessa (the manager) and Sam on the floor made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly patient, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
