Today I received my 2 recliners that I purchased at The Chesterfield Shop at Yonge south of Eglinton. When I walked into the store I was greeted by Roza Biglari, who helped me find the right recliner for my height. She also helped me with the colours that would go well with my sofa. The recliners are beautiful and comfortable and go well in my living room. Thank you Roza for your kind help, it was a pleasure meeting you. Pina
Couch came earlier than expected. Next day delivery after being notified. Delivery team arrived on schedule and setup within 20 minutes. Roza was delightful to deal with and we’re very pleased with our purchase.
Ordered a wonderful sofa from Chesterfield. It arrived in great shape and the delivery crew were efficient and capable. My new favourite location for reasonably priced high-quality furniture. My special thanks to Vanessa who helped me through the process of buying my very first couch! I'm ecstatic with the choice. The sofa looks beautiful and feels comfortable.
We were assisted by Vanessa to get a Younger sofa for our new home at the Yonge St location. Very knowledgeable, not pushy and highly communicative with us. One thing I really liked is that when she was off, she set us up with another sales person in the event we wanted to buy when she was not there. Most other stores / reps would want to keep the sale and rather have you wait until they get back to process it. Overall, great store and lovely staff. Would recommend.
