We recently purchased a new sectional sofa at the Chesterfield Shop in midtown (Yonge St). Very happy with the great selection at the store, and the knowledgeable and helpful staff. Roza was very easy to work with, answering our questions and making the purchase process as simple as could be. Highly recommend.

Avoid the Kingston Street Showroom Unprofessional and Hostile Staff. The visit to this store with a firm mind to buy, but left disgusted by the sheer incompetence and hostile attitude of the staff. Deepika Saini and the store manager are unprofessional and entirely unfit for customer facing roles. Ms. Saini is aggressively unprofessional. Leela helped me buy a sofa and was incredible. So warm, friendly, knowledgeable and great. I’m going back for more things bc I know that she is there and will help me work through the process. She took a lot of the stress out of wat I consider to be a big deal for me!!!
