Such a seamless process shopping with the Chesterfield Shop. Leela guided us through the experience, explaining cost differences and product options. My couch arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a wonderful surprise. The delivery crew was also fantastic. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Update: Sofa is great! Delivery was smooth. There are plenty of floor models to try, and Vanessa was helpful in providing information and guidance regarding the products, without being overbearing. I have not yet received the product I ordered, and will update this review when I do!
I went to the Chesterfield Shop recently to buy a couch for my condo. I worked with Vanessa when I got there. Vanessa was extremely patient and accommodating. I had to go back to the store twice after taking additional measurements at my condo to make sure the couch would fit my space. I eventually had to make some adjustments to the original size of the couch I wanted and Vanessa was so helpful and offered so many solutions on what would fit my space best.
