Team did a good job that was better than average however, the after service is virtually non-existent. Telephone is never answered, messages never responded to. Needed them to come back and do some maintenance work to the bathroom they renovated sometime back but Dean was hopeless in responding. I guess the job enquired was too small, even though if was a bathroom they had renovated… Shame

Dean and team were amazing and we're delighted with the finish in our little bathroom. He is meticulous and also very kind and patient (we are anxious people, and find renovation work difficult). We had been let down by another contractor, and, basically, Dean and crew saved my Xmas Would definitely recommend!

I wanted a quote for a bathroom re-fit so rang and left my contact details. I got a text message to say he would come over the following week. I sent 2 further messages but a month later had heard nothing and decided to go elsewhere.

Contacted the company number of times to try and get a price for the installation of a new bathroom suite and tiling as we heard amazing things about the company. But after number a messages and calls I have given up trying to give them work. Poor or no response to what would have been a new client.
