I took a chance on Cut Above Hair when salons with flashier websites kept charging me the earth with little price transparency and ping ponging me to different hairdressers (one to cut, one to dye, one to wash) like I'm a production line product. I had my haircut yesterday, and I’m absolutely obsessed with my new hair! I love it so much. The hairdressers were incredibly professional and friendly, they really listened to what I wanted and asked all the right questions to achieve the best result. I loved every moment of my visit and felt genuinely welcome, which isn’t something I often experience at hair salons. They will text you to cancel your Saturday appointment less than 24 hours prior, despite sending you a confirmation text the day before. It is now impossible to get a new appointment for tomorrow as they left it til after 4pm Friday to text me to cancel, and I had an event I specifically had booked this date for. Lovely hair stylists however I left slightly unsatisfied with my results, It looks great its just not like my inspo photos, I feel as though they didn't really look at them properly, the blonde starts quite far from my roots and already looks grown out even though I just got it done, and I didn't get money pieces they just ended up the same colour as the rest of my hair except for the root of them which is a bit harsh.
