This hotel is actually horrible, firstly, it says the reception closes at 7pm on the front, it actually Closes at 5pm, and we came at like 6pm so we had to call them, and do a bunch of unessisary stuff to get our card, okay I will say tho the rooms are actually not that bad, but anyway, secondly, WiFi actually sucks, I swear every 30 minutes I'd have to reput the password in to get the Wi-Fi back, and thirdly, the cards suck, we tired to get in after shopping to get to our room, the card didn't work, had to call, we have to ... read more
As someone who travels loads for work this was a great venue to stay at! The hotel Manager was so friendly and accommodating too
If you have the time to be stuffed around book this ice age apartment at owners risk. Totally stuffed checking in as I got there after the reception had closed. What a nightmare! They advertised breakfast included don't be fooledyou will be given outdated information about covid restrictions on serving hot food ? What year are we in? 2026 and still stealing people's money advertising they offer breakfast when they book only to be given that information not hot food due to covid restrictions. The after hours check in/ check out needs improvement, like texting you the check in code in advance so you don’t need to be on the phone for ages standing outside the door. The room was reasonably clean, bathroom looked freshly renovated with floor to ceiling tiles. There was quite a strong smell during my stay, which I think was from recent renovations so I had to keep the balcony door open. Had a great time. Room was great, clean, tidy and very close to shopping centre etc. Indian restaurant downstairs is also very good for dinner. Loved the breakfast in the mornings really good variety and shows how much they genuinely care about people. Would recommend
