The location is quite convenient, making transport easy to access, which is a definite plus. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the staff could have been more attentive. Amenities were lacking, and parking was a hassle, which detracted from the overall experience.
We paid for a room with two single beds which was good, free internet service which did not work during our stay, the continental breakfast was set up in a make shift dining area but the tables and chairs were outside and it was freezing. This hotel is about making money, there is no consideration for their customers with very minimal service. This was a really nice place to stay, family friendly and the breakfast included was lovely also, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to everything essential. Would love to stay here again.
Would not stay here again. A family unit was booked which was a 2 bedroom unit and adjoining 1 bedroom next door. On arrival they changed us to 2 bedroom on one floor and 1 bedroom on floor below. The room we were in smelled and was dusty and dirty. Was glad it was only one night.
Worst place i stayed .
