I love getting my eyebrows threaded by Shugar! I’m always really happy with the result. Amazing service and beautiful spa.
Excellent service and treatment
I feel bad giving a low rating because the lady was so kind and nice but it was probably the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten.
Pedicure very messy, I have raised concerns. The beautician attempted to rectify it and said that they are not a bar salon. Asked 40 pounds despite not being a full pedicure. No costumer service gesture. Very disappointing service. Will not go back.
I’ve been having Electrolysis at the Chelsea spa and my experience has been fantastic due to my specialist Chloe. She’s the most quick and efficient person for this specific treatment and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She makes you feel comfortable throughout your whole session and if you’re looking to do this particular treatment you’ll receive fantastic results with her. Very satisfied customer.
