My mother is at location, we moved in January and have been so pleased with the service. Kyle was a great help getting mom into the community.
So far, so good! My father has recently moved into the Independent Living section of Mira Vie in Fanwood. We have been very pleased with the process, attention and professionalism so far - from first contact to arranging the move in to onboarding. We are looking forward to a great experience.
Sadly I have to edit my review of the property previously run by The Chelsea. Under the new ownership since March of 2024, the quality of care has declined significantly. I will happily acknowledge improvement when it becomes evident.
I heard they had instances of abuse on seniors here, stay away at absolutely all costs… bring your loved ones somewhere safe.
