Great location, beautiful apartments, and an excellent staff. A stand out is how well-run the building is. While many luxury buildings seem to rotate management every few years, The Chelsea is consistent, professional, and genuinely well cared for. Arnie, and his team, are fantastic: responsive, kind, and make the building a great place to live.
5 stars all the way. As soon as you enter The Chelsea, you are welcomed with open arms and a wonderful staff. Arnie is incredibly helpful, as he walked through the apartment and the buildings amenities. He was available to answer any questions I had and has already become a great friend in the building. I also had several pieces of furniture that I was debating about buying and he was always around to let me in the apartment before I moved in so that I can measure everything thoroughly, and they provided the measuring tape! ... read more
Recently moved in. The property manager Arnie is awesome! Really helpful from start to finish. Helped me find the right unit for me and made the moving experience seamless.
Love life at The Chelsea! The apartments and building amenities are a spacious and luxury haven in the best part of bustling Manhattan. From the initial rental viewing through to moving in, it was a seamless experience. The staff (doormen, super, property managers) are all super friendly and helpful. The Leasing Manager, Arnie, was particularly helpful in navigating some of the complexities of moving to New York from overseas (also appreciate the advice on where to best source quality furniture and the best food spots!).
