If I could give a negative rating I would. The staff here RUINED my gender reveal by telling me the gender of my baby over the phone the week prior to my party, when I explicitly told them on three separate times NOT to tell me. Completely incompetent. DO NOT trust them with your gender reveal cakes. Pathetic service.
I came in today to collect my cake I pre-ordered last week and the shop was closed. I have a receipt specifying my collection for today with an exact collection time. The shop has my mobile and email and I didn’t hear anything. Very disappointed.
Faultless, food and service was amazing and pricing was not over the top. Thankyou
