Service was a bit slow. Order was wrong and had to wait for correction.
Tee is simply the best! We go to Cheesecake Factory more for the service rather than the food which is also good. Whenever Tee sees my family and I, we're always greeted with a smile and checks on us to see how we've been doing. She's always consistent. Checking back with us often to see if we need anything. I always take my father with us since he has dementia and she has the best rapport with him. She makes him feel comfortable and interacts with him and of course us.
