The Cheesecake Factory is a fun place to go that has good food and good service. I don’t often repeat restaurants but this is a place I like to come to due to the drinks and service. The drawback, however, is the absolutely astronomical amount of seating they managed to smash into this place. There are a *ton* of people here all of the time and I would count on a wait. We came here on a Saturday evening around 7:30 and had the best experience! The place was still busy but not completely packed. Our waitress was Allison, she was incredibly kind and helpful! This was our first time and it did not disappoint. We shared nachos that were delicious!! My fiancé has the steak frites and I had the Thai lettuce wraps. Both dishes were out of this world. We went for my son’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While our waitress was friendly and professional, everything else went downhill from there. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and when it finally did, my daughter’s meal was missing. The manager casually told us it had been sent to the wrong table and that she would have to wait another 15 minutes — completely unacceptable. My burger was burnt, and the fries were cold and stale.
