My husband and I went for dinner on a Tuesday night. It took one hour to get the food and when were served the food was cold.When we complained to the manager, he started he would bring us fresh food......he came back with the same cold food.
MENU TOO BIG. SERVICE SUCK. MANAGEMENT RUDE. RESTROOMS WITHOUT TOILET PAPER. DON'T VISIT!
Food is good. Service is terrible. I have never once gone in and had good service. But I've always had good food. I would recommend this place as a carry-out restaurant more so than a sit down place. Of course, the (incredibly over-priced) cheesecake alone is worth the trouble of going in, but the service will just make you want to never return.
My husband and I went by the factory yesterday while enjoying our Sunday afternoon. We both got some cheesecake of course, but Jennifer was the thing that made the day. She was a very pleasant person to encounter. We go out often and most wait people are less than kind. They seem put off but not Jennifer. Thanks for the great service. Oh and she needs to try the White Chocolate Raspberry.
