This is what good customer service looks like. we dined in and a bit disappointed with our food but the manager and waiter were very polite and apologized. Also they offered to make our dining experience right. Thank you
My husband and I came to celebrate a special occasion on a Tuesday evening. We sat & ordered @8.00 but the food was still not there until 9.05. It was only fish and chips, shouldn’t have taken that long especially considering that it was not busy at all.
Everything was delicious, and the waitress was super pleasant.
