What is happening to the quality of the food i told myself we are not coming back from last time we had bad experienced and then we came back today again! Maybe it was a different people who served and cook why not give a chance and we are in the area. Please bring back the ild cheesecake factory food was excellent exceptional almost every occasions we go here. Add’l my daughter see a bug in my plates. Good thing she saw it.
I went today for my little sister birthday and when I told the waiter that’s her birthday he said that I had to order the cake and that they don’t sing happy birthday anymore . I asked him what can he give her for her birthday he gave five with ice cream . I also come here and I came here 2 years ago for my birthday and they gave me a little piece of cake and sang me happy birthday. Look at the difference in the pictures .
