me and my two friends came to eat this afternoon for my birthday and i couldn’t have been happier with the food and the service. our server, cat (cathlene) was beyond amazing, communicative, friendly and checked on us at the perfect times. being in restaurant service and new to serving i hope i can be as good as her and i hope she knows she made our day. and as for the food. wonderful! thank you for making our day!!

This is a tough review because the last time I gave this cheesecake factory a review I gave it a five out of five. Everything was excellent. Unfortunately, that was not the case on this particular day. As usual, I ordered their meatloaf. The difference was today it was as if they served us yesterday's leftovers, and upon trying to warm it, they actually burnt it. Not to mention the mashed potatoes that were cold in spots.
