We visit this location regularly, Today Friday July 24th we arrived to dine in and the host at check in had the worst attitude I've ever seen in a while. Unfortunately my wife and I are very hard of hearing due to age, She refused to speak up and decided to seat another group while basically ignoring us due to our disability.. We elected to leave rather than subject ourselves to any more of her rudeness and unpleasant behavior. Do better with hiring your staff Corpus Cheese Cake Factory.
We celebrated our mother’s birthday today and the service was so different than the other few times we came. First of all I asked for a simple cocktail and waited while the rest of my party had their second round of drinks. Once it came it was ok. Our server was Kim. When she brought out one of the dishes was piping hot!!! She spilled it happens. My food not her fault was not eatable. Not to mention we were freezing the whole time. OMG!! What an experience!! I went with 6 friends and we had such a wonderful time!! The waitress was exceptionally helpful and punctual with all that we ordered. She was also very polite.
Made a reservation. In the reservation we requested a high chair they confirmed when checking in, never got one. We have a just turned two and four year old with us. $180 spent for no high chair or birthday song that was requested with the server. Definitely took away from birthday dinner.
