Tyler was fantastic in helping me pick the perfect cheesecake from their long list of options. Manager Bret went above and beyond to clear up a small mix-up and made sure I left completely happy. Excellent service all around!

While visiting any Cheesecake Factory one knows that your meal won't be quick. Our experience was horrible to the point of the manager charging us nothing. There is no reason to list the multitude of issues. However, the manager of this restaurant allowed me to express myself. I didn't come in to be "that guy." The service was just that bad.
