As nice as this restaurant looks but the food is horrible. The herbs salmon was tasteless and the rice was hard cold and uncooked. This chef needs to go back and learn some more cooking techniques. However, Anna the waitress was really nice.
I had such a great experience at Cheesecake Factory today! Our server, Melanie H., was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She was so kind and really helped make our visit enjoyable. Checked in at the perfect times for everything :) I also wanted to recognize Roeuttna. Roaches!!!
Braintree locations is my go to. I was in chestnut hill area for business so I decided to stop for lunch. Silver was FILTHY. My son's steak was not fresh beef...an old piece of beef. Im disappointed. Wait staff John was good.
