I love the Cheesecake Factory! I had visited this time to try to viral Cajun Salmon, and they were out. So disappointing, so I ordered something else instead. I got the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and it was decent. I would change the crispy chicken for a grilled chicken or saut� shrimp, just to elevate the experience and bring more cohesiveness to the dish. Having extra salmon when they know a dish is really popular should be a must.
All meats and fish are cooked on the same grill. If you have food allergies or follow halal dietary requirements, please avoid the grilled items.
