It was ok. A long wait, which I expected for a first visit. Not great on communication from staff after seeing vet.
What great staff here, from Dr Heaslet to the technician and receptionist! All are professional, friendly and efficient.
We went to Cheerful vet as follow up to an emergency vet hospital visit the front desk reception was amazing - super helpful and empathetic! Checking in on us and making sure we understood the information! And the vet her self was just amazing. Clearly explaining the treatment plan, the efforts they went to trying to get a sample - communicating with me throughout the day as we waited for results. Highly recommend this caring team of professionals!
