What great staff here, from Dr Heaslet to the technician and receptionist! All are professional, friendly and efficient.
We went to Cheerful vet as follow up to an emergency vet hospital visit the front desk reception was amazing - super helpful and empathetic! Checking in on us and making sure we understood the information! And the vet her self was just amazing. Clearly explaining the treatment plan, the efforts they went to trying to get a sample - communicating with me throughout the day as we waited for results. Highly recommend this caring team of professionals!
Worst vet and most unprofessional business I’ve ever stepped foot into!
Great experiences! My dog had to go under twice. They knew I was worried so they kept constant communication throughout. And cheaper than other places I have visited.
Another review said it well, I wouldn't recommend bringing your pet here if they have behavioral issues. I wanted to see if the vet had any advice about some targeted aggression that my cat has, but before I could fully explain my concerns or the patterns of her behavior they started treating her as though she could go feral at any moment, manhandling her and causing her more stress.
