I'm loving all the classes here. There's such a variety, something for everyone. I've taken classes with women of all ages too. I love that they have late night classes perfect for a busy mom. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive. I've taken dirty yoga, hammock foundation, pole foundations, feminine embodiment, Pole-lates and looking forward to trying so many more. If you're on the fence, sign up, you won't regret it. It's not only physical workout but mental too!
Fantastic studio and all the instructors have been incredible!! I never thought I would be able to do a Lyra class but I have been hooked since I’ve first tried it. Every instructor helps break down each move and encourages you to video your progress. I watch the videos back feeling proud of myself and I am excited to show my daughter what her mom is capable of!! I would highly recommend taking a class at the cheeky peach!!
