These classes are so much fun and there’s a lot of variety to choose from. All the instructors are so helpful & sweet. I love that It’s such a welcoming environment no matter your age or size. I’ll definitely be attending these classes for a long time!
Ive been coming here for a month and plan to continue! This establishment is fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and safe. Ive learned so much and find it a fun and great source for exercise while promoting women empowerment and confidence !
