Such an empowering class! The instructor broke everything down step-by-step, the studio felt super safe and welcoming, and I left stronger, sweatier, and soooo proud. 10/10 recommend for all levels!
The cheeky peach from day one has always made me feel welcomed and supported. It is my safe place that makes me feel more confident/beautiful and also a place where I get to destress from mom life. There is a variety of classes that you can take here: Lyra, silks, hammock, pole, and some choreo classes as well! No matter which class you chose to take just know you will always have a great time. I love this place! I came in because Cassie has always been my teacher! She’s amazing, super sweet, and pushed me to do my best. Thanks to her I am becoming a brand new woman!
