The owner is really unprofessional, and clueless. Not to mention she has multiple complaints on Yelp for marketing and poor customer service.

Lol George do you not have a life? Go get one please. The owner thinks this customer is a complete asshole who does not take care of his dog. If this asshole brought his dog in more than once a year maybe it wouldn’t need meds like his owner! Maybe you should focus more energy taking care of your animal and not putting everyone down because of you know we are right! ✌️
RecommendedLove the online booking and how easy it is to secure an appointment. Amy is awesome and was so great with my puppy. Very clean and organized business. Love that there is not a ton of dogs like some of the commercial places.

I purchased a ticket to their dog Valentines photo shoot for Saturday. Was told an hour before the event that it was canceled due to weather so that they rescheduled for Sunday (the next day). I texted back that I had a hair appointment Sunday and asked for a refund. They stated they do not offer refunds. I understand that the posting stated no refunds, however, if the vendor changes the date - I’m entitled to one. I disputed the charge with my bank. Lindsay wrote me a very insulting/rude back. I love the cheeky hound! Truly a place to go if you want to go somewhere that will love your dogs like they are family. Lindsay, the owner, seems to have curated the perfect selection of things your dog will love and you'll feel great about too (I'm talking local or handmade -- eco friendly, natural -- everything).
