Hello Ms. Boise, we welcome your review, which was slightly unfavorable and begs a response. We realize some of our rooms are not spacious, however, that is their charm, and in comparison to a typical B & B, features WiFi, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. Fresh fruit, a variety of cereals, yogurts, and a coffee and tea selection is available throughout the day. In addition, gluten and dairy-free products can be requested prior to your arrival. We had a reunion at our home in Sherburne. Our guests filled up every room at the Inn. My husband went to check out the rooms and speak with the owner about breakfast accommodations prior to the arrival of our group of 11 people. There were several complaints. Firstly, the website said there was no availability and after phone conversations with the Inn, our guests found that there were available rooms. The website was incorrect. Lovely, historic guesthouse with beautiful amenities and it is spotless. Close to New York City, Niagara Falls, Cooperstown and natural, rustic sights. Also perfect for meeting or touring Colgate University.
