I have worked in a professional business for over 35 years and today when I walked into this store I was greeted with a warm welcome and all smiles of Ms. Ruth Rodriguez & Ms. Kaisy Bernal. Just when I thought customer service had been long gone these two young ladies showed that it still exists, but like a needle in a haystack. If you have a check that has any other state then Florida you won’t be able to cash it. They claim they couldn’t verify my check after an hour of waiting. I’ll just deposit in my bank. Should have done it in the first place. The rep was nice but their system isn’t great AT ALL!
