I came in to cash a simple tax refund check and she had so much attitude for no reason, said she could do the transaction then lied saying “can you come tomorrow because corporate is closed right now” just because it's close to closing time and she wanted to go home.
The store manager, Antonique, and cashier, Emari at this location are amazing. When there are alot of cutomers in this location, they work together to give top notch customer service. They are friendly, and cordial when you walk in, and never hesitate to answer you questions. They keep location clean and organized. I've lived in Miramar for 23 years and this location of Check Cashing Store is one that I will always come to. great place to cash your checks.
Absolutely terrible customer service after being in just days before with another clerk and qualifying for a loan without ever handing my phone over at all the young lady today insisted on taking my phone inside the glass and moving around inside the apps which I at no point gave permission to have done Also tbis was not done the previous time before so not only was it invasive and not agreed to it wasn’t necessary - I showed the asked information on the lady / the check casing store emoloye proceeded to just wield around in... read more
This place always takes forever just to process a single loan. One person clearly cannot handle a couple of customers with a phone ringing every once in a while. Customers are standing waiting to be helped and the attendant keeps answering the phone delaying the entire process. This is always a pain to go to
