They just called me to tell me that I cashed a check with them that came back rejected. I live in California and have been to Florida once in my life a few years ago. I asked them how they got my number and they said it was public record. This was obviously a completely different person with a somewhat similar name (they are Daniel and I am Dan) but they just found my number on the internet and decided to call me and accuse me of cashing a fake check with them without verifying that it was even the right person. I came in to cash a simple tax refund check and she had so much attitude for no reason, said she could do the transaction then lied saying “can you come tomorrow because corporate is closed right now” just because it's close to closing time and she wanted to go home.
The store manager, Antonique, and cashier, Emari at this location are amazing. When there are alot of cutomers in this location, they work together to give top notch customer service. They are friendly, and cordial when you walk in, and never hesitate to answer you questions. They keep location clean and organized. I've lived in Miramar for 23 years and this location of Check Cashing Store is one that I will always come to. great place to cash your checks.
