Penya is horribly unprofessional. She doesn't know what customer service is, she is rude and has a very bad attitude. I have been a customer of the check cashing store for many years in Naples. The girls are very nice and professional.
They is very polite and helpful. Everytime I come here they always quick helpful and nice. Love they customer service here. I will always recommend them.
