This guy kept my car for 3 weeks. And would check in with me every 3-4 days after i had to ask him for an update or a eta on when the brake lines are done. He always said he's "working on it" ect, promised by certain dates to be done with it only to find out after 3 weeks it was never even touched. Let alone he lost my keys to my car. Stay away, go somewhere else! Keep in mind this is a 3 hour job.
The Cheap Mechanic was absolutely fantastic! I called on Tuesday evening and he got me in the very next day working around my schedule. I picked up the parts he told me I would need for the repair and he quickly made the repair right in front of me. More than reasonable pricing and extremely personable!! I definitely found a new place to bring my vehicle for service!! **Highly recommended**
Went for what I thought was going to be a power steering pump replacement on my Subaru Outback. Turns out I needed a harmonic balancer pulley. I was immediately contacted and informed of this issue and given options to get the job done. Super flexible with time and very responsive to any messages regarding the job.
