I had to take a device in to have fixed and when I brought it in they was honest that it was working fine and only need a new cord for a couple dollars! Thankful for an honest company. You can trust these guys to be fair, Rick Yant

I was unable to boot my desktop after deleting 2 raid arrays. After exhausting my knowledge on how to fix this, I had messed things up pretty badly. I dropped the computer off at The Cheap Geek, and he called my back a few hours later to come pick it up as it was all fixed. After talking to him for a few minutes I realized that he knows computers very well. I would be very comfortable in using The Cheap Geek any time I need future computer repair and I highly recommend this business.

This is such an awesome place to get your electronics fixed as well as purchase refurbished products...all for very fair prices. This is where I always go whenever I have issues, even though there is a place closer to my house. It is worth the extra ten minute drive because the customer service is fair, friendly, the prices are great and they work with your schedule and needs to make sure you leave within a reasonable time frame. I have always received great service. These guys are great. I had an issue over the weekend with my laptop as it wouldn't boot up. Brought it in and Kevin fixed it in minutes and didn't charge me. This is why I always come to them because I know I can trust them.
