They did a great job sizing my ring! I had to go down several ring sizes as my finger is quite small and you can't even tell. If you have a ring that needs resizing this is the place to go! Thank you!

Had a ring I had taken to be reset into a plain band. Went there for pick up and was utterly disgusted. Was shocked to say the least .... The stone was loose as I showed her super bad .. It wasn't remotely put together. Every prong was different and not dimensional. Prongs were cut terrible like something a 5 year old made in metal shop. I was appalled. Person was nice but that doesn’t mean they didn’t royally mess up my ring. I got a wedding set resized here. He assured me it was no big deal and was a normal job. This ring has a literal crease in the band. I can squeeze it and squish the band together. I called to ask about it and he said he wouldn’t have given it back to someone like that and that was all. It will take longer but just go to the name brand stores and get it done or go to Erie/buffalo to a “jeweler” that isn’t also running 25 other small businesses in his j... read more

Went here on the recommendation of a friend to get our wedding rings done. I'm so glad that we did! The owners are super friendly and were willing to go the extra distance to get us exactly what we wanted. The pricing is very reasonable and he does great work! Overall a very pleasant experience! :)
