On the surface the Château at Highland appears to be a great facility but after living there for 6 months it’s far from what it appears. Most residents being over 55 and more likely over 65 need the use of the elevators. There are only 3 elevators and they are a long way from one another, secondly management was not very responsive when one of the elevators was out of service for over 3 days.
