From the perspective of someone who knows the leadership well. I worked there twice. Once when they were exceptional. And most recently when they were a disgraceful stain on our community. Lots of sleazy organizations call their employees team members or partners but at one time Moorings Park’s “partners” were actually treated as such. They received fair benefits, decent wages and respect. Long term employees had a sense of ownership, investment and generally felt they were a legitimate part of the organization.
