I have driven by this salon several times thinking I should try this out. I stopped by to make an appointment and had a picture as to what I wanted. Set it up, and everything was great. Later, that stylist canceled on me but said someone else would be doing my hair. Ok. Back in my mind the thought to cancel was nagging me, but I thought it would be ok. I had a really disappointing experience here as a new client. I understand that running behind happens, so that wasn’t a big issue—but from the start, the service felt very disorganized and impersonal. The stylist didn’t introduce herself or ask anything about my hair history or goals. She even asked what service I was getting as if she didn’t know what I was scheduled for.
