Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We have been trying to contact the owners/managers to talk it over with them but they won't reply to emails or text messages or calls. Extremely disappointing.
The Charter has been awesome to deal with. Super friendly staff. Amazing boat. No request was too much trouble. I highly recommend booking your next event with this company.
We hired the Charter for a hens party over the weekend and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have had - it was a perfect day! From the time we enquired with the Charter to book the boat to the actual day, the service was second to none. Kallan was very helpful leading up to the event and the captains on board were also great to deal with, they welcomed us and made sure our day was running smoothly. I highly recommend the Charter and will definitely be on board again soon!
