I placed an order online almost 2 months ago. I called about 2 weeks ago because I had heard nothing. I was told 2 of the charms were on backorder and should be there in a day or two. I asked why I hadn't received at least the ones they had and they said they didn't do that.I asked why I didn't get updates about my order and they said they didn't do that either. I'm like what do you do? Where are my charms?
Very easy to shop the website. The order was filled, shipped and received very quickly. I will be shopping with Charming Bead Shop again soon as my wife loves the DaVinci beads and jewelry.
I found their selection to outstanding. I ordered for Mothers Day and got promptly. I would highly recommend!
