The Charlie Group, Realty Company in my experience is extremely unprofessional. I continue to call multiple properties listed by them that is listed as a rental. The voicemail is always on older African American woman... She post multiple listings under different names. They never return phone calls. I am assuming that they are only gathering a listed of interested persons in the property but listing them as buyers and selling the list. I support minority businesses but this one is a NO GO.
