I booked one of their many venues, The Eliot. It is like a New York Bar with brick floors and walls, an amazing, beautiful bar with hi-top tables and booths also. It was a perfect backdrop for my 80th Birthday party. The in-house catering was impressive, and the food was great. 10 out of 10! We recently held an event at The Charleston and we're so impressed! The staff was VERY kind, professional, and prompt. The food was great and their service staff was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. (We through 2-3 large events a year and this venue stands out among them all!)
As a bride working full time, all I have to say is the Charleston is the best venue with the best staff ever! Shout out to our event coordinator Emily for keeping me sane and making our dream wedding come true. Our guests loved the food, the venue, the drinks, everything. This review was not written soon enough, but I can sum it up in just a few words: book The Charleston for your event. Just do it. We booked for a wedding on a very short timeline for a smallish group, and top to bottom, we had an amazing experience. They made planning so easy, from our amazing point of contact/coordinator Emily answering every silly question I had, to the digital planning offerings so we could make our own floor plans for the team. Phenomenal, elegant, beautiful, and magical all in one. Second to none. Great staff, food and establishment. Highly recommend having any event there from birthdays, reunions, or weddings.
