Lynn madden is my correct name but I would like to say this community is awesome ! Everyone in the office has been great. All my maintenance requests have been completed the same day . When I moved in every thing was brand new but the amenities that they offer here is what sold me lol rent is reasonable for everything that comes with it.5 stars all day for me.
Terrible apartment complex way too expensive for what they offer. Car broken into first week I lived here. Loud music & bass coming from neighbors all day long. Someone’s car got set on fire in our parking lot and sat for days. Half of the laundry room units are out of order. They have someone policing the laundry/gym with weird attitudes depending on who it is. And since living here my citizen app is constantly blowing up with things that happen inside our complex including people with guns in domestic situations someone pr... read more
I love The Charles! I cannot negate another's experience but a lot of the complaints I see stem from the lack of community from the tenants who do not care! I always get great service with any work orders, they are friendly when I go to get coffee, THE EVENTS HAVE BEEN AMAZING RECENTLY! The cookout, school supplies giveaway, halloween party was all fun! I love it here and you can tell there has been a change with the newer team. Keep up the great work and I am excited to see more great changes.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!I’m so disgusted and fed up with this complex!!!!! I HATE living here and absolutely regret moving here!! This place is so money hungry it’s ridiculous!!! New management sucks and wants to charge a fee for everything. They barely put salt down when it’s snows, it’s dog poop everywhere. The security gate breaks down every week. It’s barely a place to park. They let the grass grow so high until you complain. My package has been stolen. The units are cheap and everything falls apart. Save your money and move ... read more
