At first, everything seemed great — the tour was nice, and the model unit looked clean and well-maintained. But once I saw the actual unit I was approved for, it was a completely different story. The place was dirty, and when I opened the fridge, there was a brown stain inside that smelled awful. The mailbox for my unit didn’t even work, so my mail was getting sent to a different unit. Melissa has been incredibly responsive and professional, and I truly appreciate the care and attention we've received. It means a lot—thank you again!
Only been here for 5-6 months thought everything was going well….wrong wrong wrong we had several repairs needed when we first moved in. The only reason I’m even making this is because our weak Complex allowed our vehicle to get towed because they didn’t see our handicap sticker mind you it’s been 5 months so they know that we clearly have one if it fell ok I understand putting a sticker on my vehicle to inform me of my issue.
