I have enjoyed living at this complex so much! The office staff is so wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the amenities.

I am not one to write reviews, but I definitely feel like this apartment complex deserves one. Being in the military, I had to move across the country, and my military friends recommended to look at a bunch of places in Park Circle/Daniel Island; therefore, Channel Family was not on my radar and WOW, that was a mistake. After touring 4 different apartments in aforementioned areas and not being too confident/comfortable/uneasy with them, another friend recommended this place and I had the BEST experience here by far.
