Can't get a prescription on the nhs app, can't get an appointment, can't get through on the phone, ask my GP is not working more than it is. The only thing you can do is go into the surgery to speak to someone. I've done that, hasn't worked, going to have to do it again tomorrow.
Takes forever to get throgh to someone, its Amazing cause when you turn up instead, there not on the phones but your like 6 in cue, b4 you turn up to the building mmmmm go figure
I really don't get the bad review this Doctors is amazing haven't had any issues staff are great
