One of the most pointless GP practices I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to get anything done here feels like a full-time job with no pay. Calling them is a lottery — if the phone even gets answered, you’re already lucky. The service is slow, the communication is awful, and the whole place feels disorganised from the second you walk in. Can't get a prescription on the nhs app, can't get an appointment, can't get through on the phone, ask my GP is not working more than it is. The only thing you can do is go into the surgery to speak to someone. I've done that, hasn't worked, going to have to do it again tomorrow.
Takes forever to get throgh to someone, its Amazing cause when you turn up instead, there not on the phones but your like 6 in cue, b4 you turn up to the building mmmmm go figure
I really don't get the bad review this Doctors is amazing haven't had any issues staff are great
