Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel lacks in important areas. The first is the most important, construction of the building itself. Not sure if this was a repurposed construction, or it was built on the cheap, but there is no sound insulation. They make you sign a document at check-in regarding "quite time" starting at 10:00 pm. We actually needed to request a different room as the excessive noise transferred through the ceiling from our noisy upstairs neighbors was completely unacceptable. Even bein... read more
People were very friendly and helpful
Very nice place, beautiful rooms, but customer service is quite bad. Workers walk around and require everyone should wear a mask, while they themselves don't even putting on one. No tissues in the rooms. No microwave. And the worst was, when sleeping at night we were disturbed by dogs barking in one of the rooms, which is clearly against the hotel's regulations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for others.
Staff is amazing and one of the nicest hotels I've been to I paid more to stay at the mountain view grand and this hotel that cost less is much nicer in my opinion plus they are pet friendly
The location of this hotel is great. My family stayed here to visit the Ice Castles. It was about a 25 minute scenic drive from there. The front desk clerk was so friendly. I believe his name was Brian. The housekeeper Cassandra, who also did breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing too. We really enjoyed our visit.
