The Chandler has been a fantastic place to live so far! The location is extremely convenient to everything and the property is very modern and well taken care of. Maintenance is on top of everything and they take care of problems almost immediately if there is one. Not to mention Carissa and Donna in the office are absolutely amazing with everything and are the friendliest people you could meet! The building is clean and modern and could not be in a better location. Many stores are within walking distance and if you need to drive, those are within a mile. That feature was a huge bonus when deciding where I wanted to live.
The updated parking by the office for only people touring is a waste. The tenants already paying 2k-3k to live here who may have lots of things to carry should be able to park there for convenience. Im sure someone simply viewing an apartment they may not even want can walk an extra 30-40 feet. Incredibly frustrating. What a dumb and unnecessary update to the building.
Yea not paying almost $3k for a 2 bedroom to share parking spaces and common areas with the general public. That's laughable. $2k for a studio? Really? You gotta do better than that. Just move down the street because the property managers clearly don't care about renters concerns in regards to safety of the property.
I rented for two years at the Chandler. Always felt safe. The management team is great. Donna and Karisa always responded to any concern or issue I'd had. The building superintendent was also responsive. I called a few times in the evening and always got an immediate response for any repairs needed. Apartment was clean, modern and very efficient when it came to heat and air.
