The updated parking by the office for only people touring is a waste. The tenants already paying 2k-3k to live here who may have lots of things to carry should be able to park there for convenience. Im sure someone simply viewing an apartment they may not even want can walk an extra 30-40 feet. Incredibly frustrating. What a dumb and unnecessary update to the building.

Yea not paying almost $3k for a 2 bedroom to share parking spaces and common areas with the general public. That's laughable. $2k for a studio? Really? You gotta do better than that. Just move down the street because the property managers clearly don't care about renters concerns in regards to safety of the property.

I rented for two years at the Chandler. Always felt safe. The management team is great. Donna and Karisa always responded to any concern or issue I'd had. The building superintendent was also responsive. I called a few times in the evening and always got an immediate response for any repairs needed. Apartment was clean, modern and very efficient when it came to heat and air.

Pros: - good zone (commercial area), grocery shopping at walking distance - good sound isolation between apartments - the neighbor community is really respectful of the building rules - kind and professional admin and maintenance staff - maintenance requests are attended promptly Cons: - the sq feet of the apartments is a little smaller than the avg apartments in the area

At the Chandler, you get an updated well-maintained, clean, neat and well managed place to live. I have lived here almost two years. This is backed up by phenomenal and pleasant staff as well. On top of that you live in an area where you can literally walk to most everything that you need. You really can't go wrong at the Chandler for value too.
