My experience with Charles at The Chandelier Cleaning Guy has been very positive from my initial call to the finished job. My chandelier was quite overdue for cleaning and thanks to Charles it is now brilliantly shining.
Charles and DJ were over at my house 3 times by now and every time it was an absolutely pleasure. Both are professional, quick, efficient, thoughtful and super nice. I hired Charles for cleaning my very tricky chandelier and all of the windows in my house. Not only does the chandelier have a crazy amount of fragile glass bowls but one of the bowls of the chandelier is actually cracked and they handled it with more care than I ever did. The Chandelier Cleaning Guy came to our home in Napa today and cleaned 9 fixtures with crystals that came with the home when we purchased it 2 years ago in May. I don't know if they had ever been cleaned by the previous owner. Now they sparkle and shine and the film I saw on the crystals is gone! The company does the work by hand - not by spraying.
