We recently bought a Mazda Mx5 from The Chalfont Motor Company, we’ve had the car for a month now and from the moment we called up to first look at the car we’ve had nothing but amazing service. The car was immaculate both when we first came to look at it, and when we picked it up after purchasing it. The staff were extremely kind, willing to help, and passionate about both cars and their history, I couldn’t recommend them enough as a dealership.
Excellent, pain free purchase, Well informed advice and information received throughout. Car at the right price, well pre-sale checked and prepared. After sales service has been excellent - (Very) minor fault rectified immediately and without hesitation. Would certainly buy from The Chalfonts Motor Company again.
Good family run garage with car wash. Always has some good cars for sale.
I would thoroughly recommend Chalfont Motors. On Saturday our car wouldn’t start and we had an urgent journey to make. Although the service department were fully booked they helped us to get the car started so we could make our journey. We will definitely use their services again. Thanks to all the staff who helped us out on Saturday. Incredible service.
After using the car wash - best in the area - I realised at home a number plate was missing. This was safely at the garage, where clearly it had been tampered with - screw loosened and cover missing.The team refitted the plate with new screws, caps and adhesive, but wouldn't accept any payment. I was treated as if I had just bought a car from there - what service!
