The management only vacuum once a month and entry way carpets are never shampooed. The HOA is way high for just having a pool. Will be looking for a better place to buy.
Been a decent place to live the last year and a half. Here's my problem. Why is our neighbor in the conjoined building get 5 cars, 1 of which hasn't moved since before I moved here Feb 2024. Karen neighbors, super high HOA Fees we pay, crappy landscape service. Highway robbery for what we get at this point. Poor management, issues don't get resolved in a timely manner. Landscaping crew disrespects vehicles parked in parking lot and management doesn't seem to care.
I think some reviewers are mixing up The Chalet apartments and The Chateau hotel lol. The apartment is nice, there are some little things here and there with the outside of the buildings that could use some work. There is also a pack of cats that roam, nobody owns them that I know of but they run when you get close. In all its a normal apartment. There is an HOA that is reviewing to make some changes, so be aware of that.
