Highly recommend the chair company . David was exceptionally helpful . He also told me about the lazy boy website where I could browse all the colours available which was invaluable in helping me make a good colour choice . I will definitely go back to purchase another chair .
Bought a recliner chair from the chairman, we dealt with both Rob and Angus. It was promptly delivered from a lovely young delivery man who set it all up for us. After a few months we had an issue. Nothing to do with the chair (it was user damage).When I rang Angus with my issue he was at our house within hours, he assessed the situation and organised for it to be repaired asap. Walked in, the best store by a long way for choosing Lazy Boy lounges. They have it all. David was so helpful as we sat in every chair that I had chosen to look at. A terrific range, great service & delivery was spot on. Delivery guys put the chair together. Extremely pleased from A to Z.
PLEASE READ REVIEWS!!! If you have a problem you **WILL** have to take them to court! I bought a leather recliner for ~ $1300. I had a problem with it and contacted the salesman (Angus) about it. He gave me 2 reasons why he wouldn't help: 1. Out of warranty 2. User damage Both reasons were true. The couch was out of the 3 year warranty* on the leather by only 3 months.
