Excellent service regarding having a problem fixed under warranty - no questions asked, and the repair was done in a few days. Highly recommended.
We have brought several chairs from the chairman & have had positive experiences on each occasion. We have had a need for after sales help & staff were very helpful. Would recommend this company for there next chair / lounge.
PLEASE READ REVIEWS!!! If you have a problem you **WILL** have to take them to court! I bought a leather recliner for ~ $1300. I had a problem with it and contacted the salesman (Angus) about it. He gave me 2 reasons why he wouldn't help: 1. Out of warranty 2. User damage Both reasons were true. The couch was out of the 3 year warranty* on the leather by only 3 months.
