Bad,Bad,really Bad service and communication. I've dropped off my whipper snipper 3 months age for a repair. Tried to contact the business for update after 2-3 weeks, no response and couldn't leave a message to call me back. I physical had to drive 15-20 minutes over and ask for update. I went there yesterday the shop was closed, wrote a note and left it on roller door for the owner to contact me but never happened. Very friendly service, great knowledge, quick service, needed spark plug for lawnmower and they had it !! Does mower and tool services too, glad I found this place for next time !!! Super !!!
I like to support the smaller business when possible, as the $$$ spent are helping them to continue, but I should have checked the reviews for here before wasting my time and money, there was quite a few failures here that will have me never going back. I dropped my blower off here for a service and an issue that seemed to have a starving fuelling issue ( possibly carburettor with my lack of knowledge), I was told it would be a week and would receive a text message when it was ready. He is the worst person, the worst repairman, he is a fraud, a swindler and a cheat. I went to him and said this mower needs clutch repair and 4 cables replaced. He told me it would cost $280 to $300. I asked him, will the price change after the repair is finished? He said, “I will not change the price.” This is unethical. A person who changes the price asked him how long it will take to finish the repair. He said, “Three days.” After three days, I called him 10 times and he did not answer.
