I would not recommend this law firm at all. Their retainer is 40%!! 40% is damn near half of a check. The insurance company gave me a certain amount and this law firm got more money than I did. Communication is slow and it is most definitely a scam. They rushed my case, but I would too if I know I was screwing my clients over and was about to take most of their settlement. My lawyer was Mr. Schilter. Go to a lawfirm that actually kinda values their clients.
Chad T Wilson does not care about the clients. I was represented by Mr. Milensky and he caused more headache and loss. They basically scammed me. Please do not hire them. Before I hired them, the insurance was already going to pay out to me, but I signed a contract with the law firm, so the insurance sent the money to them. They kept all of it and the case was dragged on for 2 years. I incurred more loss and damage and I didn’t even get less than half what I should have received.
