Crystal was amazing! She was very responsive, efficient ,kind and just gave us so much confidence that she knew what she was doing! We had to come in from Dallas just to be told our documents were not correct, we felt lost! I did a quick google search and found her! I don't even know where to start. I am traveling abroad and learned that I needed an apostille for my birthcertificate..not only am I living in Indiana but I am originally from Texas so that is where my birth certificate is from..and guess where my apostille needs to be from...Texas. Any 'reasonable' solution such as mailing it in to Austin or asking my family members to go for me (Who live in Houston) was not fast enough to ensure I could get my apostille back before my trip.I lost hope. I usually never leave reviews but I felt like this one was needed because I am convinced all the other reviews are probably family and friends because there’s no way she has 4.8 stars, especially reading her replies to some of her negative reviews, very hostile. Anyways, She never answers your phone call & will literally hang up if you redial and when I sent her an audio asking if she can meet me at Barnes and noble she just acted like she didn’t hear me for some odd reason.
