Juan has always been the most professional and honest mechanic I have ever used... but this time, he really went above and beyond. First, we called him out because my daughter's car was stalling and had check engine light on. He came out, did some diagnostics, and said that he saw some really weird codes and wasn't 100% sure how to fix, and recommended I bring to Kia. (honorable in my opinion). I have been repeatedly calling and can’t get a call back.
I've been to a lot of shops, and having Juan come out and perform the work where the vehicle was saved me from having to change my schedule to have the vehicle dropped off somewhere else. Juan was able to come out and fix the issue in under an hour, showed up early, and was extremely profession. Would absolutely recommend his services to anyone needing mobile mechanic work.
