Stayed for two month from Dec 2023 to Jan 2024. I think most of corporate housing buildings in Manhatten are old fashioned. However I think the centria is relatively newly renovated building. It contains concierge, fitness room(although it is located in the basement and small), doorman service. Highly recommend to people who visits NYC for business.
Spacious and private. Condo does a much better job than renting apartments!
