I had chronic inflammation due to arthritis in my knees. After 2 sessions with Claire my knees were 95% better. Still pain, but almost no inflammation. Claire is considerate of my personal space, and explained everything as she was doing it. I found this very reassuring.
I visited Claire for both postnatal yoga, as well as Bowen Therapy for both my son and myself, and I could not recommend her higher. Claire is so wonderful at sharing her knowledge and wisdom, and is truly dedicated to understanding and supporting my specific needs - in particular for Bowen Therapy, she worked with both me and my son, to help navigate a very gassy and sleepless baby. Thank you so much for all your energy and time to help us Claire, we are so grateful!

Claire provided Bowen Therapy treatment to me during my pregnancy. Having never tried Bowen Therapy previously, Claire was absolutely amazing in stepping me through the process and undertaking the therapy, and the results were amazing, treating all the aches and pains of carrying twins and inadvertently treating and healing my neck pain from poor posture working at a desk for years. I would highly recommend the Bowen Therapy provided by Claire at the Centre of Bright Beginnings.
I had such a positive experience with Claire, shes amazing! I had lower back & shoulder pain for years, I had one session per week for 6 weeks and my pain and discomfort has almost gone completely! Claire has healing hands- Highly recommend her!
