Bowen with Claire is truly wonderful. I saw her throughout the second half of my pregnancy and now in postpartum. Her Bowen worked some absolute magic on the issues I was having! It is both helpful physically and mentally, and is a calm and relaxing experience. Her knowledge and understanding of the body, its systems and the perinatal period is amazing, and she holds you in your space with gentle care and compassion. I’m so grateful to have her in this season of my life!
I can't say enough good things about Claire, her work has deeply affected my life and my physical and emotional health this year. I recently completed the 5-week Yoga for Early Parenthood program with Claire, and it was truly transformative. Claire brings yogic philosophy to life in an incredibly practical and accessible way. I’ve just finished up 5 week Pelvic Health Program with Claire and I can’t recommend it enough. Claire has a wealth of knowledge and can explain things in a new way for easier understanding. I throughly enjoyed the program - learning and discovering new things about the mind body connection to the pelvis. Claire has such a warm and welcome nature, thank you so much.
